Since moving to New Cumberland about a year ago I have had more things go missing in the mail than any other place I've lived. Friends and family send me card and checks I never receive and items I patiently wait for go missing. I don't think it's too much to ask to have things delivered to my house correctly.
The staff was horrible. This area of America is a prime example why education is fundamental and drinking alcohol should be outlawed. Never move or visit Pennsylvania please.
Service is always top notch.. Employees are very nice and friendly.
My regular mail man is amazing, but when he is off work his replacement is a joke. My mom called to complain and the post master hung up on her 3 times. Very unprofessional.
Continually mis delivering my things, packages with gift cards and money have mysteriously gone missing, just this weekend they left me a key to get a package and the key didn't open any of the doors. I'm not a hard person to please I just want my mail delivered to me and not other people. Didn't think that was too much to ask really.
